Working a minimum of three days a week in the Cheltenham office, you will be immersed in acquisitions and disposals as well as shareholders agreements from day one.You will also be networking and attending business events to contribute the overall brand and development of the firm. Advising clients on corporate governance, structuring, and transactional matters, drafting and negotiating the full suite of transactional documents and commercial contracts will also be included in your role. To be considered for this role you will have 2-5 years PQE (England and Wales) and live within commutable distance to Cheltenham.
