A permanent Corporate Solicitor role based in Cheltenham is available at Amida, offering a salary of £50,000 to £65,000 dependent on experience. The firm seeks a solicitor with roughly two to five years’ PQE to handle acquisitions, business sales, equities and investments. You will work a hybrid pattern, attending the Cheltenham office a minimum of three days weekly. My client, an established firm, with a down to earth but driven approach, is looking to add to the busy corporate team have completed in excess of fifty business sales, equities and investments since the beginning of the year.
There is a growing demand for their services so expect to be busy!

Working a minimum of three days a week in the Cheltenham office, you will be immersed in acquisitions and disposals as well as shareholders agreements from day one.
You will also be networking and attending business events to contribute the overall brand and development of the firm.
Advising clients on corporate governance, structuring, and transactional matters, drafting and negotiating the full suite of transactional documents and commercial contracts will also be included in your role.
To be considered for this role you will have 2-5 years PQE (England and Wales) and live within commutable distance to Cheltenham.
You will think commercially and pragmatically and have a collaborative mindset as well as a good sense of humour!
Please note, this role is HYBRID, with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office in Cheltenham.
