Location: Cambridge, onsite in office Contract: Permanent Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week, with flexibility for out-of-hours events Salary: Circa £65,000 per annum Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with a leading science and research organisation to recruit Corporate Social Responsibility Manager, focusing on Social Impact and Community Engagement. This is a rare opportunity to take on a pivotal, high-impact role shaping the community fabric of a major development from the ground up. Working on site in Cambridgeshire, you will have the platform to translate strategy into tangible outcomes particularly in employability, access to opportunity and community engagement. You''ll play a central role in ensuring local people benefit directly from the organisation''s growth, building partnerships, creating pathways into work, and establishing initiatives that have lasting social and economic value. The role combines strategic leadership with hands on delivery. You will develop and lead a practical social impact and employability strategy, while taking ownership of initiatives currently delivered across multiple functions. Working closely with planning, development and communications colleagues, you will help shape and deliver against complex funding arrangement, engage with local authorities and key stakeholders, and act as a visible ambassador for the campus.
