The Corporate team advises on MandA, private equity, corporate finance and corporate governance, offering high-quality work, genuine career progression and a collaborative working environment.The RoleAs the Corporate Senior Associate you will lead complex corporate transactions while managing client relationships and supporting the development of junior lawyers.The role will include: Leading MandA transactions, private equity deals and corporate restructurings Drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, investment agreements and shareholder agreements Managing due diligence processes and coordinating with specialist teams Advising clients on corporate governance and strategic commercial matters Acting as the primary client contact throughout transactions Supporting business development and growing client relationships Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and trainees Keeping clients informed of legal and regulatory ..... full job details .....
