The role focuses on managing and growing a portfolio of corporate accounts, while also driving new business opportunities across the UK and international markets. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships and achieving set revenue targets. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional to take ownership of a key market segment and play a pivotal role in increasing the hotels market share and reputation.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver revenue growth by maximising opportunities from both existing and new clients.
Plan and execute UK and international sales trips to win new business.
Provide market intelligence on competitor activity and recommend new sales initiatives.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs, with performance linked to the Sales Bonus Scheme.
About You:
Experienced in corporate sales, ideally within hospitality, travel, or related sectors.
A confident communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
