You''ll play a key role in shaping and embedding a strong risk culture across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesRisk Management and GovernanceLead and operate the enterprise-wide risk management framework across BD GroupDevelop and embed risk, governance, and assurance strategiesMaintain corporate, functional, and project risk registersProvide clear, insightful reporting and recommendations to senior leadershipSupport risk appetite definition, stress testing, and business continuity planningMonitor regulatory and external developments impacting organisational riskAssurance and ComplianceDeliver targeted risk assurance, testing control effectiveness and identifying improvementsCollaborate with audit, counter-fraud, and compliance teams to deliver integrated assuranceBuild strong relationships with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholdersPromote transparency, accountability, and strong governance standardsOrganisational Capability and CultureBuild risk awareness and capability across the organisation through training and coachingFacilitate risk governance forums and ..... full job details .....
