This is a senior opportunity for an experienced restructuring professional who enjoys combining technical delivery, client leadership, and business development, with a clear route to PartnershipThe OpportunityYou''ll take a leading role in delivering a broad range of corporate restructuring assignments, working closely with Partners and the wider advisory/tax teams. The remit will be a mix of hands-on case delivery and market-facing growth, with autonomy to shape the service line and develop a strong Midlands profile.Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver corporate restructuring workstreams including: Independent business reviews (IBRs), options reviews, stakeholder support and turnaround planning Contingency planning, cashflow/working capital advisory, short-term liquidity support Formal insolvency assignments (where licensed), including Administrations, CVLs, MVLs, CVAs and advisory around distress scenarios Act as a senior point of contact for directors, lenders, and key stakeholders Manage, mentor and develop a team of restructuring professionals (and collaborate with ..... full job details .....
