Temporary Corporate Receptionist/Facilities Assistant Location: Stockley Park, Uxbridge Hourly Rate: £12.50 per hour Dates Required: - Shadowing Period: Tuesday 27th May – Friday 30th May 2024 (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) - Cover Period: Friday 6th June – Tuesday 18th June 2024 (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and professional Corporate Receptionist/Facilities Assistant to provide temporary cover at our Stockley Park site. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills and a customer-focused mindset. The same candidate must be available for all dates listed above to ensure consistency. Key Responsibilities: - Greeting visitors, managing access badges, and handling incoming calls. - Providing administrative support (e.g., meeting room bookings, mail distribution). - Assisting with facilities tasks, including coordinating maintenance and health and safety checks. - Conducting site inspections and liaising with contractors. - Shadowing Joanna during the training period to ensure seamless handover. Ideal Candidate: - Prior experience in reception/facilities roles, preferably in a corporate environment. - Strong communication skills and a polished, professional demeanour. - Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. - A valid driver’s licence is advantageous (on-site parking available if applicable).
