Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Corporate Receptionist to provide ad hoc cover for a prestigious client based in Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced front-of-house professional who thrives in a corporate environment and enjoys variety in their work.

You''ll be providing reception support during periods of holiday cover, sickness absence, and additional business requirements, working full-time hours when assignments arise.

The Role:

As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional first impression. Responsibilities will include:

• Meeting and greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
• Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are presentation-ready
• Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
• Supporting with visitor sign-in procedures and security protocols
• Providing administrative support to various departments as required
• Maintaining a tidy, welcoming and professional reception area

About You:

We''re looking for candidates who are:

• Experienced within a corporate reception or front-of-house role
• Professional, articulate and well-presented
• Confident communicating with visitors at all levels
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Reliable, flexible and available to work at short notice when required
