We are seeking a cheerful Corporate Receptionist to join our dynamic recruitment team. This is not just any receptionist role; it''s your chance to make a positive impact in a vibrant office setting!

Your Responsibilities:

As our Corporate Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your friendly demeanour and professional approach will set the tone for their experience with us. Here''s what you''ll do:

Greet Visitors: Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure they feel at home.
Manage Incoming Calls: Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Coordinate Appointments: Schedule meetings and manage calendars with ease.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
Maintain Reception Area: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.

Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to converse confidently and clearly with clients and colleagues.

Previous Reception Experience: While not mandatory, experience in a similar role will be advantageous.
