Corporate Partnerships Manager

The Corporate Partnerships Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and growing strategic partnerships that generate sustainable income and raise the profile of LOROS within the local business community. Working closely with colleagues across Fundraising, Marketing and Communications, Supporter Engagement, Events, and Philanthropy, the postholder will identify and maximise opportunities for cross-team collaboration, deliver exceptional supporter stewardship, and embed a partnership-led approach across the organisation. The role is responsible for developing a strong pipeline of prospective corporate supporters, creating compelling partnership propositions, securing new business opportunities, and managing a portfolio of key corporate relationships. Through effective relationship management and strategic account development, the postholder will inspire organisations to support LOROS'' mission and help ensure that more people receive high-quality hospice care and support when they need it most. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in corporate fundraising, business development, or partnership management, with a proven track record of securing and growing high-value relationships. They will be an excellent communicator and relationship builder, able to engage a wide range of stakeholders and influence across multiple teams.
