Description The Corporate Partner will be: Leading on a broad range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, restructures and shareholder matters. Playing a key role in the strategic growth and development of the Corporate team. Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients across the region. Supervising, mentoring and supporting junior lawyers within the team. Working closely with colleagues across other practice areas to identify and maximise cross-selling opportunities.
