Leading and expanding the Liverpool corporate team

Business developing, leveraging an existing network

Advising on domestic and cross-border MandA, reorganisations, JVs

Ensuring top-tier client service and deal execution excellence

Collaborating with senior partners to shape strategy and growth plansThe Successful ApplicantThe Corporate Partner / Legal Director should be:

A solicitor or equivalent with 7-12+ years'' corporate PQE

Experienced in MandA, corporate reorganisations, JVs

Comfortable leading client relationships and team growth

Adept at business development with a strong regional network

Able to collaborate in a progressive, tech-savvy law firmWhat''s on Offer
