Corporate Paralegal (Experienced- 2 years +)Chesterfield Full Time Permanent Hybrid Working AvailableWe are currently working with a growing and highly regarded law firm that is looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support its busy corporate team.Due to continued growth, the firm is expanding its corporate department and is seeking a proactive paralegal who is keen to work on high-quality transactional matters alongside experienced corporate solicitors.The RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on involvement in a range of corporate transactions. The firm undertakes high-value acquisition and disposal work, with particular expertise in the social care sector.Key responsibilities will include:Reviewing and preparing due diligence responsesManaging data rooms during transactionsDrafting due diligence and transaction reportsDrafting and negotiating ancillary corporate documentsAssisting with disclosure processesSupporting with company incorporations, share allotments and corporate governance mattersThe work can be fast-paced and deadline-driven, so the successful candidate will need to be organised, proactive and comfortable working under time pressure.The Team and Working EnvironmentYou will be joining a friendly and supportive team, working closely with experienced fee earners and gaining valuable exposure to complex corporate transactions.
