The successful candidate will support a variety of transactions, working closely with lawyers, clients, and external advisers to drive matters forward and manage critical deliverables. Daily duties will include supporting the execution and management of a broad range of Capital Markets transactions, including debt and equity offerings, acting as a central point of coordination between legal teams, clients, counterparties, and external advisers. You will assist with the preparation, review and management of transaction documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of deliverables. Further responsibilities include supporting due diligence exercises, including reviewing, organising, and summarising documentation and findings.
