(via agency payroll only)FTSE 20 Global Consumer Goods CompanyWe are seeking an ambitious Corporate Legal Director to join the Group Legal team of an FTSE 20 business on a temporary contract until 31 December 2026.Reporting to the SVP Legal: Corporate, MandA and Governance, you will lead on a high-profile, cross-functional restructuring project spanning 15-20 international markets. This project will consolidate legal entity structures globally, requiring deep corporate expertise, stakeholder management, and cross-border advisory capability.Key responsibilitiesLead complex restructuring across multiple jurisdictionsAdvise on entity structuring, contracts, transaction documents, and negotiationsWork closely with tax, governance, and head office teamsManage external counsel and internal legal team membersEngage with senior business leaders to deliver pragmatic, strategic solutionsRequirementsQualified lawyer (England and Wales, or equivalent) with 6+ PQE in corporate/transactional lawBackground in a top-tier law firm and/or in-house at a large multinationalTrack record advising listed businesses on corporate mattersInternational restructuring experience is desirableConfident, collaborative, and able to operate at a senior stakeholder levelThis is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in a global transformation programme at one of the world’s most respected consumer goods businesses.Apply now to discuss this unique role in more ..... full job details .....
