Description The Corporate Lawyer will be: Managing a varied caseload of corporate matters for a broad client base. Advising clients on transactions including acquisitions, disposals and wider corporate matters. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate documentation. Building strong relationships with clients and providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice. Supporting the continued growth and development of the wider corporate team.
