Overview

Leading infrastructure fund is looking for a junior-mid level corporate lawyer to join their busy legal team on an initial

6 month contract basis from mid-October .Competitive day rate (inside IR35), central London location, potential to extend.Responsibilities

Manage transaction related documentation, NDAs, and engagement letters.Provide support on deals and coordinate key stakeholders.Act as a point of contact for queries and external counsel.Qualifications
