This is an opportunity to work on a broad range of matters, including:Private MandA (core focus)Public company transactionsPrivate equity dealsYou’ll enjoy early responsibility, significant client exposure, and the chance to help drive business development initiatives. 2–5 years’ PQE with strong corporate/MandA experienceConfident in managing client relationships and delivering commercial solutionsCollaborative team player with an interest in supporting and developing junior colleaguesCommercially minded with strong attention to financial disciplineEnthusiastic about business development and building your professional networkWandI experience is desirable but not essentialThe culture
