This is a high-profile interim leadership role responsible for overseeing the transition from a traditional service-led property management approach to a fully integrated Corporate Landlord operating model. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, governance, programme delivery, and organisational change expertise to ensure the Council''s property assets are managed through a consistent corporate framework.
