The Team:Issuer Solutions Sales team is a dynamic group with a high degree of expertise and specialist experience in the Investor Relations market. Highly collaborative and with a big emphasis on teamwork to meet and exceed our goals
Responsibilities and Impact:The successful candidate will be a member of the Sales team and will work closely with Product, Client Services, Account Management and Marketing to drive initiatives and campaigns.Ability to sell and understand Investor Relations services solutions including CRM, Targeting, Capital Surveillance and Perception Studies knowledge of MandA and Sustainability solutionsKeep connected to the local IR Society in territory and any market changes and regulatory requirements for our target marketLead discussions with clients and prospects, including relevant product experts as neededWork closely with the Sales Leadership and Product Management Teams to help build and shape product roadmap and client feedbackDevelopment and execution of a sales strategy with an emphasis on increasing revenue within both existing and new clients within the defined territoryRelationship maintenance and development with key clientsBuilding and maintaining a solid pipeline, developing proposals, structuring agreements, and managing sophisticated relationshipsCollaborate to cross-sell within broader Market Intelligence DivisionBasic Required Qualifications:Minimum of 10 years of sales experience and/or business development experienceNew Business selling and proof of exceeding quota annually each year, ability to manage a sales closure cycle effectively and efficientlyPipeline management of opportunities and stakeholder managementKnowledge and experience of IR Business needsAdditional Preferred Qualifications:Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to present information, handle detail, influence decisions and work with individuals at all levels of the organizationClear and succinct written communication skillsStrong organizational skills, ability to summarize meeting notes, next actions, and follow-up questionsAbility to review, track and analyze commercial deals in written format and verbally amongst key stakeholdersAdaptability and strong problem-solving skillsExcellent active listening and interpersonal skillsAbility to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externallyKeeps customers moving forward through their buying processTeam player and willing to progress in a rapidly changing environmentRight to Work Requirements:This role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the UKAbout SandP Global Market Intelligence
