The role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate insolvency and restructuring matters, with clear progression opportunities and a supportive working environment. Key Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from appointment through to closure Handling procedures including CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, and compulsory liquidations Supporting and working closely with Insolvency Practitioners on complex assignments Reviewing case work prepared by junior staff, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance Acting as a key point of contact for Directors, creditors, solicitors, and other stakeholders Ensuring all case work is completed in line with SIPs, statutory requirements, and internal procedures Assisting with staff supervision, training, and development (Manager level) Contributing to process improvements and best practice within the team Candidate Requirements Previous experience within ..... full job details .....
