The firm works across a wide range of sectors, delivering expert advice and solutions on corporate insolvency and restructuring matters.The Role As a Corporate Insolvency Administrator, you will support the management of a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency cases. Working closely with senior team members and Insolvency Practitioners, you will play a key role in ensuring cases are administered efficiently, compliantly, and to a high professional standard.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the administration of corporate insolvency cases, including Administrations, CVLs, and MVLsPrepare statutory documentation, reports, and correspondenceLiaise with directors, creditors, solicitors, and other stakeholdersMaintain and update case files and ensure accurate record keepingSupport asset realisations, including debtor collections and asset salesConduct basic investigations into company affairsEnsure compliance with insolvency legislation and internal proceduresAssist senior staff with case progression from appointment through to closureRequirementsPrevious experience within corporate insolvency is essentialUnderstanding of insolvency procedures and legislationStrong ..... full job details .....
