What You Will Be Doing
Pioneering an AI-first financial ecosystem that seamlessly adapts to our rapid growth trajectory
Crafting strategic design decisions that transform complex financial workflows into streamlined, efficient processes
Providing expert written guidance that elevates both AI systems and human performance through Deep Dive reviews and Improvement Plans
Driving critical conversations around strategic expansion, vendor partnerships, and compliance frameworks
Orchestrating frictionless financial operations across tuition management, audits, and tax compliance

Corporate Financial Controller: Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain a cutting-edge, AI-powered financial infrastructure that efficiently supports multiple education ventures, emphasizing lean operations and unlimited scalability.
Basic Requirements
Professional certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA)
Proven track record with 10+ years in progressive finance leadership positions
Executive-level finance experience (SVP, CFO, or equivalent) with comprehensive financial oversight
Expert-level knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting
Mastery of ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.) in complex organizational structures
Track record of managing 5+ Big 4 audits from either side of the table
Superior communication abilities in English, capable of executive-level interaction
Geographic location within UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones
Nice-to-have Requirements
Understanding of U.S. K-12 education ecosystem (private, charter, ESA programs)
Track record of implementing finance automation or AI solutions
Proven success in managing finances across multiple entities and jurisdictions
