About the Role
This role is for a Corporate Finance Solicitor based in Bristol, working on a full-time, permanent basis. The position offers a salary between £75,000 and £90,000, dependent on experience. As part of a growing corporate team, you will handle complex transactions for a varied client base, including entrepreneurial businesses and investors. The role involves direct client contact, meaningful responsibility, and the chance to develop your own practice. You will contribute to the team’s success while accessing clear progression routes. Applicants should have at least three years’ PQE in corporate law. This hybrid role requires strong technical skills and a proactive approach to client work.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Applications are sought from Corporate Finance Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE. You will have a strong grounding in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, shareholder arrangements and general company law. It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
