The Role

As a Corporate Finance Executive, you will play a key role in executing transactions and supporting senior team members. You will be involved across all stages of the deal cycle, from research and valuation to preparing client-facing materials and industry insights.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and execute research functions for transactions and sector analysis.
* Assist in preparing the first draft of buyer and investor lists.
* Prepare financial valuation models and analysis.
* Contribute to information memoranda, pitch decks, and marketing presentations.
* Conduct detailed industry sector analysis to support deal activity.

About You

* We are seeking a highly motivated individual with the following skills and experience:
* ACA/ACCA/CFA qualified (or currently working towards).
* Experience in Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, Restructuring, Audit, or equivalent.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Ability to work independently, showing initiative and creativity.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
