CORPORATE FINANCE EXECUTIVE MANCHESTER UP TO 55,000 + BENEFITSTHE OPPORTUNITYAn established and expanding Corporate Finance team is looking to appoint a commercially driven Corporate Finance Executive.This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA or ACCA-qualified accountant who wants to build a career in deal advisory. Previous Corporate Finance experience would be beneficial but is not essential, making the position equally suitable for a practice-trained accountant looking to move into transactions.Working alongside experienced Partners and Senior Managers, you will gain hands-on exposure to predominantly sell-side transactions, private equity-backed deals, business valuations and wider strategic advisory projects.THE COPRORATE FINANCE EXECUTIVE ROLESupport Corporate Finance transactions from initial engagement through to completion.Work predominantly on sell-side mandates, including transactions involving private equity.Assist senior team members with project delivery and transaction management.Build strong working relationships with clients, investors and professional advisers.Undertake company, transaction, market and sector research.Analyse financial information and identify key commercial trends.Prepare financial models, valuation analysis and supporting transaction materials.Draft information memoranda and other marketing documents.Contribute to client proposals, presentations and pitch meetings.Coordinate information requests and support the due diligence ..... full job details .....
