With an established reputation for delivering high-quality advisory services to owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs and private equity-backed clients, the firm has built a strong presence across the North West. As part of its continued growth strategy, it is looking to appoint a commercially minded Corporate Finance Director who can play a pivotal role in both originating and delivering new business opportunities. What you will be doing as a Corporate Finance Director Originate new corporate finance opportunities through networking, relationship building and business development activities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, private equity houses, legal advisers and other professional introducers. Lead and manage corporate finance transactions from initial engagement through to successful completion. Advise clients on strategic growth, acquisitions, disposals, valuations and capital raising. Prepare and present high-quality proposals, pitches and presentations to prospective clients. Support the development and execution of the firm''s corporate finance growth strategy.
