A leading advisory firm in London is seeking a Corporate Finance Director (Business Services) to support the growth of its Business Services practice, leading both origination and execution activities across buy-side and sell-side transactions. This is a Partnership-track opportunity for a commercially driven adviser with a strong network, excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in mid-market MandA. The Business Services team is experiencing significant growth and is seeking a Corporate Finance Director (Business Services) to help drive origination, lead transaction execution and contribute to the continued success of a high-performing advisory platform. Description Your key responsibilities as a Corporate Finance Director (Business Services) Generate and develop deal flow through an established network of senior contacts and intermediaries. Originate and win both buy-side and sell-side MandA mandates. Lead transaction execution and oversee the delivery of high-quality client outcomes throughout the deal lifecycle. Drive business development initiatives to support the continued growth of the Corporate Finance practice.
