What You''ll Do
As a Corporate Finance Associate, you will support the execution of complex transactions while contributing to the delivery of high-quality strategic advice for clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing business plans, financial models, and information memorandums
- Conducting sector research to support client engagements and pitch development
- Supporting or leading financial due diligence processes with third-party advisors
- Reviewing legal documentation and offering analytical input
- Working closely with accountants, lawyers, bankers and investors throughout deal processes
- Contributing to client presentations and business development initiatives
- Demonstrating an understanding of key legal and taxation considerations relevant to M&A
What We''re Looking For
- A strong academic record (minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent)
- ACA/CA qualified or qualified by experience, ideally from a Top 6 accountancy firm
- Experience in audit, transaction services, restructuring, or corporate finance
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation and reporting skills
- Highly organised with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
