The business works with ambitious public and privately owned and companies, providing advice across a range of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, MBIs, fundraising and strategic corporate finance. Our client is an established UK investment bank with a strong presence both domestically and internationally. They can offer an Associate the opportunity to gain significant exposure to live transactions while working closely with experienced corporate finance professionals and business owners. The Role This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced corporate financier looking for professional growth and leadership opportunities You will be involved across the full transaction lifecycle, including: Supporting the execution of MandA and corporate finance transactions Preparing financial analysis, valuation models and transaction analysis Producing information memorandums, management presentations and other client materials Undertaking financial and commercial analysis as part of transaction processes Supporting due diligence and liaising with clients, advisers and other transaction stakeholders Working directly with senior members of the team and gaining exposure to clients and business owners The Candidate ACA qualification with 2+ years of MandA lead advisory experience Strong ..... full job details .....
