You will play a leading role in delivering a wide variety of transactions, working closely with senior leadership while enjoying significant exposure to clients, deal execution and business development activities.The RoleAs a key member of the Corporate Finance team, you will lead transactions on a day-to-day basis, taking ownership of critical workstreams and helping to drive deals from initial engagement through to successful completion.Responsibilities will include:Managing corporate finance transactions and maintaining momentum against transaction timetablesWorking closely with Partners and Directors on a range of MandA and advisory assignmentsPreparing and reviewing business plans, financial forecasts and information memorandaSupporting clients throughout the transaction process and developing strong, trusted relationshipsCoordinating discussions with potential acquirers, investors and other stakeholdersAssisting with business development initiatives, networking activities and pitch presentationsResearching target companies, buyers and market ..... full job details .....
