Opportunity to take the day to day lead on smaller transactions while continuing to work with an experienced team on larger and more complex deals. Client Details A leading Corporate Finance business with offices in Birmingham city centre Description Preparation of financial models and forecasts to support corporate finance projects.Conduct financial analysis to assess business performance and opportunities.Support the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data for financial assessments.Participate in due diligence processes and evaluate potential investments or acquisitions.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and industry developments.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.Provide support in business valuations and strategic planning initiatives. Profile You will have at least 12 months of corporate finance experience, held at a boutique or accounting firm. Ideally you will hold an accounting qualification.
