Corporate Event Assistant
We''re looking for brilliant short-term staff to support our client''s corporate events this September, with more dates to follow.Whether you''re looking to fit work around your studies, freelance work or bridge the gap between roles, this opportunity could be perfect for you.
Event Days:
Most events run Sunday to Tuesday - Monday availability is essential.
- Please note: these shifts won''t work around a full-time Monday-Friday job.
Roles Available:
- Registration Staff - Welcome guests, check ID, input data, distribute security passes, and deliver a 5-star experience.
- Room Monitors - Scan access badges, count attendees, and ensure smooth entry with a smile.
- Supervisors - Experienced event pros who can lead teams, manage breaks, and keep everything running smoothly.
What You''ll Need:
- Great energy and top-tier customer service skills
- Smart black attire (plain and professional)
- Reliable transport to North Greenwich, Prince Regent/Custom House, or Waterloo - some shifts start as early as 6:30am
Pay: -13 per hour
Shifts: Morning and full-day options available
