Corporate Development & Strategy Analyst

We’re supporting a fast-growing consumer brand group that is scaling through acquisition and organic growth. They are building a portfolio of exciting consumer businesses and require a commercially minded analyst to join their team, working at the intersection of finance, strategy and investment.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants broad exposure to MandA, corporate development, and strategic projects in a hands-on environment.The opportunityThe successful candidate will:Support the evaluation of potential acquisitions and investments — including building financial models, running scenario analyses and preparing decision-ready recommendations.Assist in due diligence processes, liaising with external advisers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth deal execution.Contribute to integration planning and track post-deal performance against original assumptions.Prepare executive presentations and business cases for the leadership team and investors.Develop tracking tools and dashboards to monitor the investment pipeline and strategic initiatives across the group.Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders by providing analysis and insight on key projects.About youIdeally Qualified Accountant3-5 years’ experience in corporate development, investment analysis, MandA, consulting or commercial finance.Strong financial modelling and analytical capability, able to test different scenarios and communicate findings clearly.Excellent communicator — comfortable preparing concise board-level materials and presenting to senior stakeholders.Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects at pace.Exposure to consumer, brand-led or PE-backed businesses is advantageous but not essential.Why joinThis role offers the chance to work on meaningful transactions and strategic projects, with direct exposure to decision-making at a group level.
