Corporate Development and Investor Relations Senior Manager

This is a broad, high-profile role combining corporate development, investor relations and strategic analysis. Working closely with the Director of Corporate Development and Investor Relations, the successful candidate will support the delivery of Breedon''s MandA activity, investor communications strategy, external market engagement and long-term strategic planning. Key Responsibilities Investor Relations Support preparation of half-year and full-year results, including presentations, scripts, QandA and announcements. Maintain analyst consensus and monitor market expectations. Prepare investor, analyst and Board materials, including Breedon''s investor website, Track and analyse shareholder movements and investor feedback. Support with capital markets events and site visits Coordinate responses to routine investor and analyst enquiries. Corporate Development Work closely with our divisions in Great Britain, Ireland and the United States to support the identification, evaluation and execution of acquisition opportunities. Conduct market, competitor and target company research. Build and maintain acquisition valuation models. Assist with due diligence processes and adviser coordination. Prepare Board papers. Support integration planning and post-acquisition performance tracking. Maintain the Group acquisition pipeline and reporting processes. Strategy Support development of the Group''s strategic plans.
