to join their growing team focused on MandA and strategic initiatives in the sports and entertainment space. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile deals and partnerships, with exposure to senior leadership and global expansion projects.What You’ll DoSupport all stages of the MandA process – sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, execution, and integrationBuild and maintain detailed financial models for acquisitions, investments, and joint venturesConduct market and industry research with a focus on sports and entertainmentPrepare presentations and investment materials for internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate due diligence across financial, legal, operational, and commercial teamsProvide strategic analysis to support senior decision-makingMonitor performance of acquired businesses and track KPIsWhat We’re Looking For2+ years in Investment Banking (MandA), Private Equity, Growth Equity, or Corporate DevelopmentStrong financial modelling and valuation skills (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions)Excellent communication and presentation skillsHighly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight timelinesStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior stakeholdersExperience in Sports, Entertainment, or TMT is a strong plusWhat’s On OfferExposure to international, high-profile transactions in fast-growing industriesDirect access to senior executives and industry leadersA dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with real career growth ..... full job details .....
