Join to apply for the Corporate Counsel role at Talent Forte. A global FTSE 100 business is undertaking a major carve-out and restructuring programme, and is looking for corporate lawyers to join the team. This is not an MandA deal team role. You\''ll be driving legal entity separations across multiple jurisdictions: share reorganisations, business transfers, demergers, integrations - working alongside CoSec, Tax, Finance and external counsel.Responsibilities

Drive legal entity separations and cross-border carve-outs across multiple jurisdictions. Manage share reorganisations, business transfers, demergers and integrations in collaboration with Company Secretarial (CoSec), Tax, Finance and external counsel.Requirements

Corporate/MandA background (reorg experience a plus but not essential)PQE flexible: juniors through to mid-levels, if adaptable and quick to learnCross-border, carve-out, or integration experience is highly desirableStart date is flexible; notice periods can be accommodatedIf you\''re moving from private practice, relocating to the UK, or looking for a global project in a FTSE 100 environment, this is an excellent opportunity.Seniority level
