Corporate Compliance OfficerCity of London 69k per annum + 10% BonusTypically 2-3 days in the office, with the opportunity to work remotely on the remaining days.We''re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Compliance Officer to join a professional team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in corporate compliance, policy development and governance to play a key role in supporting and strengthening the organisation''s compliance framework. Key Responsibilities Support the development, implementation and review of corporate compliance policies and procedures Provide advice and guidance on policies including whistleblowing, conflicts of interest and related compliance matters Monitor compliance with internal policies, procedures and relevant regulatory requirements Identify potential compliance risks and support the implementation of appropriate controls Assist with compliance reviews, investigations and reporting where required Maintain accurate compliance records, documentation and registers Work closely with internal stakeholders to promote a strong culture of compliance and good governance Keep up to date with relevant legislation, regulations and best practice What We''re Looking For Previous experience working in a corporate compliance or governance environment Strong knowledge and practical experience of compliance policies, particularly whistleblowing and conflicts of interest Excellent understanding of ..... full job details .....
