The role is available at Senior Associate through to Partner level and offers the opportunity to handle high-quality corporate and commercial work while playing a key role in developing the client base and future growth of the department. The Role: You will advise a varied client base across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including: Corporate transactions and reorganisations Commercial contracts and agreements Supply and distribution agreements Franchise agreements Terms and conditions General commercial advisory work Alongside your fee-earning responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the wider team through supervision, mentoring and effective delegation. There is also a strong emphasis on business development, with the opportunity to build client relationships, develop new business and play an important role in shaping the continued growth of the practice.
