Hybrid and flexible working arrangements are available. The Role You will manage a varied and high-quality corporate and commercial caseload, acting for a broad range of businesses and stakeholders. Typical matters will include: Purchase and sale of businesses Mergers and acquisitions (MandA) Joint venture and investment agreements Shareholder agreements Commercial contracts and terms of business The role offers autonomy, responsibility and the opportunity to build strong client relationships, while being supported by a collaborative and well-resourced team.
