The corporate and commercial team works with a broad range of businesses and organisations, advising on a variety of corporate transactions and commercial matters. THE ROLE:While carrying out your duties at this firm, you will be expected to: • Manage a varied caseload of corporate and commercial matters, taking ownership of files and delivering a high-quality service. • Advise clients on a range of corporate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, shareholder agreements and company reorganisations. • Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and corporate documentation. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing clear and commercially focused advice. • Keep up to date with relevant developments in corporate and commercial law. • Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the continued growth of the team.
