• Join a growing Corporate & Commercial team advising businesses ranging from start-ups and owner-managed companies to larger corporate organisations across a variety of sectors.
• You will handle a broad caseload of corporate and commercial matters, providing practical and commercially focused advice tailored to each client's business objectives.
• Responsibilities include, advising on business sales, acquisitions, mergers, reorganisations, shareholder agreements, joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial documentation, including trading terms, supply, distribution, manufacturing, consultancy and licensing agreements, together with advice on intellectual property matters.
• Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with experience in Corporate & Commercial Law. The firm is open to candidates at a variety of PQE levels who can demonstrate strong technical ability and commercial awareness.
