Corporate and Commercial Senior Associate Solicitor Brighton Hybrid Working 4+ PQE A growing, modern law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate and Commercial Senior Associate Solicitor to join its expanding team. The Role You''ll advise a broad range of business clients on corporate transactions, commercial agreements, restructures, governance matters and strategic business issues. Key responsibilities include: Advising on MandA, restructures, shareholder agreements and business sales Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts Managing transactions from instruction to completion Building and maintaining strong client relationships Leading matters independently with minimal supervision Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers Contributing to business development and networking activities Managing billing and commercial performance of matters About You Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE in Corporate and Commercial law Strong technical and commercial skills Proven experience managing client relationships and complex transactions Confident supervising junior colleagues Proactive, collaborative and business-focused approach What''s on Offer?
