We are seeking a Corporate Change Manager to join our Corporate Change team. The team manages projects that include cross-company change projects, transformational initiatives, merger and acquisition transactions, integration, separation and TSAs, target operating model implementation and regulatory compliance. This position works with business sponsors to deliver change initiatives as single projects or as part of a larger programme, or as collections of related projects / change activities. The role focuses on delivering change initiatives with a clear benefit realisation plan.Key activities include stakeholder management, shaping change initiatives with Project Sponsors and Programme managers, effective planning, prioritising delivery, aligning and readying the business for change to achieve agreed goals, and managing risks, issues and quality of delivery. The role will manage projects using agile, waterfall and hybrid approaches and requires a strong understanding of methodologies and the ability to adapt them to ensure project success.Key Responsibilities
Manage smaller projects or workstreams ( Partner with sponsors to create Business Cases for approval forums.Deliver one or more projects where intimate business knowledge is critical to success.Ensure compliance with the Aberdeen Change Framework.Lead project teams to maximise value from resources.Maintain robust project plans with clear dependency mapping across delivery partners and related projects.Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and deliverables.Work with squads to create and maintain epics and features for project deliverables.Partner with Tribe Lead, Product Owners and Application Tribe teams to keep work on backlogs and on delivery timelines.Ensure budgets stay within approvals and forecasts remain within tolerance.Maintain robust risk and issue management with effective mitigations.Lead end-to-end delivery analysis and support shaping initial business ideas.Lead business requirements gathering and scope validation.Prepare detailed documentation and presentations for stakeholders.Collaborate with business teams to define operating model changes and support their delivery.Support change management activities such as test approach, runbooks and operational readiness.Assist in designing and implementing operating models to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across Aberdeen.Collaborate with Tribes/Squads to deliver changes to applications/products to enable operating model updates.Identify opportunities for process and system improvements and apply best practices learned from previous projects.About The Candidate
