Due to how busy the team are, there is very little option for handholding, although guidance will be given of course. They are looking for someone accountable, creative, and self-motivated to exceed goals and personal targets.You''ll be a naturally tenacious and enjoy exceeding your own and colleagues expectations.Most importantly though, with this being a new addition to the team, it''s imperative for them to find the right individual who wishes to be with them for the long-term.
