The successful candidate will be 2 - 5 years PQE with a strong technical background, good commercial awareness, and wide-ranging transactional experience.This is an excellent opportunity to join an growing Corporate and Commercial team which deals in high value corporate transactions. You would be joining a friendly, enthusiastic, supportive, and well-regarded team.The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of work and will need to demonstrate experience in:- acquisitions and disposals and other forms of corporate transactions (debt finance, management buy-outs and company re-structuring)- being proficient in Companies Act related matters- drafting shareholder''s agreements, partnership agreements and other types of commercial agreements.You must be professional, motivated, enthusiastic and have excellent communication and IT skills.
