The Leeds office continues to experience significant growth, creating an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Associate looking to accelerate their career within a collaborative and supportive environment. Your new roleYou will join a busy and well-established corporate practice, working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on a diverse range of transactions. The role will have a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, while also providing exposure to private equity, corporate restructurings and equity capital markets work. Key responsibilities will include: Advising on mergers, acquisitions and corporate disposals. Supporting and leading business and asset acquisitions, share sales and strategic transactions. Assisting with private equity investments and management buy-outs. Undertaking and managing due diligence exercises, data room reviews and disclosure processes. Drafting and negotiating transaction documents and ancillary corporate documentation. Preparing disclosure letters and supporting documentation.
