Encompasses end-to-end strategic real estate work from transactions to facilities, including On-Site Solutions, Events, Client and Production Engineering, Real Estate Strategy, Real Estate Development, and Capital Management.The Office of Global Security:
Manages personnel protection, physical security, fire safety, and crisis management, including Risk and Health and Safety departments.Regional Office Leadership:
Supports regional priorities in Dallas and Salt Lake City.Chief Operating Officer (COO):
Drives strategic cohesion and efficiency across divisions, including CWS Management and CWS Engineering.TEAM and ROLE OVERVIEWProperty Management manages day-to-day operations of the firm’s real estate assets across the Americas, focusing on enhancing workplace experience, service delivery, and process development.
