B2B development .You''ll lead the charge in developing compelling membership propositions, building lasting relationships with corporate clients, and identifying new commercial opportunities to support long-term growth and guest engagement.Key Responsibilities of the Corporate and Membership Sales ManagerMembership Sales and RetentionDevelop and execute innovative strategies to grow membership sales and improve retention.Enhance the membership value proposition with exclusive events, offers, and experiences.Oversee the full membership journey - from acquisition through to renewal.Analyse member data and feedback to inform campaign development and customer engagement.Corporate Sales and PartnershipsIdentify, secure, and manage corporate partnerships, sponsorship, and B2B sales opportunities.Develop tailored packages including corporate memberships and employee benefits.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and sponsors.Work closely with the marketing team to create impactful B2B campaigns.Commercial Strategy and Revenue GrowthSet and manage ambitious revenue targets across memberships and corporate sales.Monitor financial performance and use data-driven insights to optimise pricing and promotions.Collaborate across departments to align commercial strategies with wider business goals.Client Engagement and Relationship ManagementServe as a key point of contact for high-value members and corporate clients.Drive satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service and regular engagement.Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve the member and partner experience.Team Leadership and CollaborationLead and support a small commercial team, instilling a high-performance, sales-focused culture.Provide coaching, development, and support to maximise team effectiveness.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and senior leadership.About You2+ years'' experience in sales, business development, or membership management-ideally within
